On the 1st of October 2008, the partnership of 5 organisations opened project focused on the education of disabled people. The project is realised within programme Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Learning Programme 2007 - 2013.
The project "Education for employment" is focused on training and job placement support of disabled people in the Italy, United Kingdom, Hungary and Czech Republic with the main aim to improve their position on the labour market.
Transfer of innovations is conducted on several different levels. The first type of transfer occurs as the application of developed and verified innovative products and best practices of the experimental ADiP (EQUAL) project into a wider practice of this programme.
On the geographical level the partnership expects a very strong contribution to the innovation transfer from transnational partners. Among innovations Hungarian partner will contriube to the programme with its job placement model.
The project empowers clients with presentation and communication skills, computer skills, language knowledge and vocational training. Education process will be adapted to the needs of disabled persons and will be provided in a blended learning mode - i.e. in a combination of classical education and e-learning.
